Did you know that you can receive your faxes and/or voice messages on your computer via email? This is also known as unified messaging.

How does it work?

When you apply for our inbound Fax2email and/or Voice2email service, we allocate you appropriate telephone number/s (you can choose your State's area code) for your exclusive use from a pool of Australian telephone numbers.

With your Voicemail service (Voice2Email), you can ...

record your own personalised welcome messages or choose to use our standard greeting.
re-record your own welcome message by telephone at any time.
redirect your home, office, mobile phone or 1300 or 1800 number to the number you have been allocated.
redirect to your Voice2Email number when your normal phone line is "busy" or there is "no answer".

When voice messages are received, they are saved as .WAV files, attached to an email and sent to your designated email address.

To listen to your messages, you simply double click the attached files and your standard Windows Media Player software* will play them over your computer speakers.

Incoming Fax Messages (Fax2Email)

When a fax is received, it is saved as a .TIF or .PDF file, attached to an email and sent to your designated email address.

To view your faxes, you simply double-click the files and your standard Windows or Adobe Reader software* will open them for viewing.

*appropriate computer software is required for these services.

1300 Number / 1800 Number Announcements

Recorded Information/Announcement & Caller Response

If you need to continually repeat the same information about your product or service to callers, this is an effective, time saving and economical way of automating the task.

This service is like a sophisticated answering machine on which you can record a longer than normal greeting (your announcement).

It combines a 1300 number with Voice2Email. Your 1300 or 1800 number is routed/directed to terminate at your Voice2Email service.

You simply record your announcement (information about your product or service) as a greeting on your Voice2Email service.

Callers to your 1300 or 1800 number can listen to your announcement.

At the end of your announcement, our system can record their message / contact details and send them to your email.

Setup is $25. Minimum term 3 months. 1 calendar months notice required to cancel. Minutes included are timed on the length of the call (an average fax page takes approx 45 secs to transmit depending on content).
