Our Australian based Live Phone Answering Operators are professionally trained and well-spoken. They can answer your calls 24 hours a day 7 days a week, on weekends, after hours or at other times when you are unavailable.

Your calls will be answered based on our standard script below. Our experience has shown that this script works the best for most business requirements.

Example:
Operator answers call: "Good Morning ABC Pty Ltd, this is Mary speaking, how can I help you?"
Caller requests to speak to John.
Operator responds: "I'm sorry but he is unavailable at the moment. Can I ask him to return your call as soon as possible?"
Caller responds.
Operator: Gets caller's name and phone number and if volunteered, a brief description of the enquiry.

An SMS with the message details will then be sent to your mobile phone and a copy of the message is sent to your email address for your records.

If you have 1300 numbers, 1800 numbers or a 13 number, they can also be configured to automatically redirect to Live Answering at specified times (eg. after office hours).

Your home phone, office phone, mobile phone, 1300 number, 1800 number, 13 number can be configured to redirect to your Live Answering Operator 24/7 OR on "busy" OR on "no answer" or any other time you choose.

Our Live Answering - Messages 24/7 Plans

Setup is $25. Minimum term 3 months, then month to month. 1 full calendar months notice required to cancel. Plans can be upgraded/downgraded during the first 5 days of the billing (calendar) month.
