Number Transfer Authority

If you wish us to carry services that you currently have through another telco company, you can use this form to request that your services be transfered from the other company to us.

This process is called "porting" your numbers.

The process is seamless and does not interrupt your services.

Direct Debit Form

For automated payment of your monthly bill, we require that you a valid Direct Debit in place.

Use this form if you have changed your bank account and need to update us of the new account details.

IVR Request

If you have a 1300 number or 1800 number with us, we can incorporate an IVR call-forwarding feature (menu) into it.

Use this form to tell us your desired scripting and call-forwarding configuration.
